· Menyusun rancangan anggaran penerimaan dan pengeluaran BEM FH UNISSULA untuk satu periode kepengurusan.
· Mengelola sumber-sumber penerimaan organisasi sesuai dengan aturan organisasi yang berlaku.
· Menyelenggarakan administrasi keuangan untuk setiap penerimaan dan pengeluaran BEM FH UNISSULA berdasarkan pedoman administrasi keuangan yang disusun untuk keperluan ini.
· Melakukan usaha-usaha yang dapat meningkatkan dana organisasi yang halal dan tidak mengikat.
· Melaporkan kegiatan kementerian secara tertulis dan periodik kepada sekretaris kabinet.
· Bertanggung jawab terhadap presiden dan wakil presiden.
